Zoom Procedure

Those attending are asked to mute their microphones unless they intend to speak.  Anyone wishing to speak should use the "Raised Hand" reaction symbol in Zoom, unmute their mic and wait for the chair to ask them to speak.

Voting, if required during the election of Trustees and Officers, will involve the use of Zoom reactions symbols:  "Thumbs Up" is a vote "In Favour" and "Weeping Face" is a vote "Against".  Use the "Raised Hand" symbol if you want to speak.

A poll has been set up in advance for voting on the proposed change to the constitution and you should vote in favour or against when requested.

The "Chat" facility may also be used during the AGM.

The LBT AGM will be recorded, to assist with the preparation of minutes, but the recording will be deleted once the minutes have been prepared.
